David Horne

Project Manager

David moved from Los Angeles to Davis in 7th grade and graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in Criminal Justice. David worked his way through college in the general building trades. Upon graduation he obtained his contractor’s license and started a company that specialized in cabinet restoration, re-facing and refinishing. David sold his company and began a career in sales, focusing on selling to the construction trades. David joined the Morse Remodeling team as their Purchasing Agent in 2006, and in 2009, took on the role of Project Manager. David represents Morse Remodeling as an active member of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) by sitting on the Board of Directors.  He also co-chairs the Fundraising Committee, Home Tour Committee and Community Affairs Committee. In 2010 NARI awarded him the prestigious “President’s Award” for his commitment to the Sacramento Area Chapter. David is also involved in the Davis community. He has served on the DHS Blue and White Foundation Golf Tournament Committee (2009, 2010); the Davis Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament Committee (2009, 2010); the Davis Musical Festival Committee (2011); and also was an assistant coach for the Davis Jr. Blue Devil football team in 2010.  David is an integral part of the Morse Remodeling family and brings a wonderful and passionate personality to our production management staff.
